Update: My headlights are stuck in demo mode. After I emailed Xprite, they sent me a new remote control, but it turned out that the problem was not with the remote control. Something is wrong with the receiver/controller. They offered to replace the light. I will update again after they arrive. These lights were so easy to wire that anyone could do it. The remote works great from further away than I thought, even out of line of sight. The housings that the lights are installed in are well designed and I really like them. The cables and connectors are much better made than I expected. I installed mine on the inside of my jeep's dash. I wired them to turn on with the overhead lights, but I can still turn them off with the remote if I want. These pranksters are damn smart. You can see in the broad day photos how bright they get and they are set to red. At night all the white light just coming out of the cracks/seams in the lid will blind you like hell unless you flip them down. My only concern is that the glue is TERRIBLE. I cleaned the surface thoroughly and even used rubbing alcohol afterwards to ensure the stains were as clean as possible. The glue still didn't hold. I had to use black tape to hold them in place. It doesn't matter to my needs, but if they went out of the jeep (into the wing arcs, for example), they would immediately fall off and wrap around the axle. So if you plan to use them outside or underneath, plan on using the included screws or zips. Not a deal killer at all as you would have to be crazy to expect an adhesive to hold that much better.
