Not enough torque as described.
I was looking forward to this tool. Instead of having to pull air tools out to break stuff free/loose. I had high hopes this tool would work for me but I was very let down. I had to use a hand ratchet to get it started. It was a struggle for the impact to move the broken free bolt so that why I'm sending it back and giving it such a low review.
