Technical support in my review

I normally don’t write reviews. But I was impressed on the response time and all the information provided to me. I got a text front why technician and via text he helped me configure the NVR in minutes. I traveled the next day and I was able to monitor the cameras and I was able to communicate with my dog via the sound system. For me this is a 5 stars service
