Review on CURT 55106 Custom 4-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness for Honda CR-V, Vehicle-Side, Ideal Fit by Chad Michels

I installed one of these on our 2010 Honda CR-V. Went to check and noticed my parking lights and 4 way turn signals on the car were not working. When troubleshooting (after replacing blown fuses), it turned out that the problem was in this adapter. I would like to point out that when the wire was stripped for connection to the vehicle's wiring harness, it was not the bright shiny copper color that one might expect. Instead, the wires were almost black. Incidentally, I installed the thing for almost 20 years as a service manager at a large mobile home dealership. It wasn't a wrong attitude. I checked again to be sure!
