I wish there was a way to send a quick email to a client instead of waiting for them to respond on their phone. Try it out! It's so easy to use and all your clients can log in and respond to customer service issues. It's a great tool for solving customer service problems quickly. We have solved the problem of a lack of responses from clients. It has also helped to make our service more efficient. I like that it allows us to create surveys for our clients, and that we can customize them for our business. I dislike that it takes too long to load once you are in the survey builder. It sometimes crashes when trying to open surveys, and requires too much time to load. Also, the survey builder isn't very intuitive for people who aren't familiar with it. Respond helps us easily collect feedback from customers. We have found it easy to use and helpful in improving our service.
