I like that it gives you options as far back in time goes so we can track cancellations from years ago! It's also easy enough for our team members who aren't necessarily "techies" but are able to use computers/phones just fine either way!! Nothing really at this point - would be nice if they had more features added over all though? We're tracking many different types of subscriptions through out website including free trial signups which allows us have great insight into how users interact with products throughout each stage before signing them off completely :).
