Review on ReminderCall by Ricardo Ware

I love that this program makes it so easy to schedule appointments for my patients as well as remind them of their visits when they are running late or forgetful about coming into see me. It's very user friendly and has helped us improve our patient retention rate by reminding people to come back regularly (and not forgetting). The only thing i dislike is how sometimes there will be multiple prompts during one session which could make someone think twice before answering any questions asked at all times. If anyone needs an excellent way to keep track of upcoming doctor/patient appointments then definitely try using Remindercall. This tool helps ensure we have good records of who comes in and what was discussed regarding each visit.
