Review on Elkay D233194 Dayton Stainless Steel Sink - Double Bowl Drop-in for Effortless Kitchen Organization by Richard Rob

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good sink of the right size; The seller handled the problem well

It's not the heaviest and strongest sink, but we're not going to throw bricks or dumbbells at it, and we needed a 19-inch rather than the very common 22-inch . I have installed quite a few sinks over the years and I would say this one is pretty average. But who needs more? I mean it holds water and it doesn't really require 18 gauge steel. I'm giving five stars mainly because we had a good experience with the seller when we had an issue. The sink was shipped via UPS in a box that should have been fit for the purpose, but it's almost impossible to predict how much abuse such a product will receive in transit. The first was damaged in one corner, bent about half an inch, preventing it from sitting flat on the tabletop. The seller quickly sent us another one. The box actually looked a little worse than the first when UPS sorted it out, but the sink was undamaged. It was very easy to install.
