Edit: Two stars now because after a few weeks you can find that the seat cushion is getting too flat and is now quite deflated. Sad. The highlight for me about this chair is the lumbar support, the seat and the armrest. The lumbar support is very comfortable and adjustable. The seat is very soft and comfortable. The armrest is amazing because it's the perfect combination of soft and hard. It feels very solid but when you elbow it in it feels very good and has a good response, not hard but not too soft either. The only downside is that it took over 2 weeks to ship, which is Amazon's fault, and it was a bit of a hassle to assemble. The instruction manual doesn't explain some of the steps very well, and for those who are assembling the chair for the first time, it took me a bit of work to figure it out. Make sure you are using the correct screws and that your armrest is properly aligned. When you attach the wheels, all you have to do is push them really hard on both sides until they click into place. I recommend placing your foot on the ground upside down and then using both hands to press the wheel into the socket on either side.
