Chair arrived on time and undamaged which is good. The assembly was pretty straight forward. The seat of the chair is nice and thick and well padded, it looked like it would last a long time. The back wasn't as thick as I thought it would be. My previous chair had thick padding, while this chair has thin padding wrapped around a hard plastic frame.
