I like how easy it is to configure in such a way that you can get all of your alerts from one place. It's not perfect but they are constantly improving their service so it gets better every day. You definitely need some experience using this software because initially there were many things about configuration that could confuse new users. But now everything has been made very user friendly. You will be able to see who did what when looking at an alert log and easily find out if someone was working remotely or not. I like that it is easy to use and setup. It has all the features you need and more. The support team is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I do not have any dislikes about this product. If you are looking for a managed security solution that has all the bells and whistles then this is your ticket. We were looking for a way to centralize our log management and security monitoring. This was the perfect fit for us.
