Buy in quantity and save

These filters can go like $5 each, or more if you buy one at a time.I have to change my filter every 3 or 4 weeks. The filter is dark brown then. The water is from a shallow well, and has a lot of grit/sand in it.Unfiltered water from a well can ruin a hot water heater, washer, dishwasher, and damage faucets.If you get a film on your countertop from water drying on it, a water filter may help that too.Its funny though, I have to wipe my car after washing it. Water drops evaporating, even with…

  • Best price on 1 micron 20 inch filter I found! Came fastest than anticipated.
Cons
  • This filter only works as a replacement for SDC-25-4010, which makes it more difficult to find a compatible filter for other systems

Glad I bought them!

Great value for a 20 pack of water filters. I’ve been using an expensive brand but I’ll be using these from now on. That's my review.

Pros
  • When choosing a filter for oue RO water, we wouldn't choose any other.
Cons
  • Poor filtration: The filter's 10-micron size may not be small enough to catch all contaminants, leading to unfiltered water

Can’t beat the price.

We have poor quality water pipes in our town so we are frequently changing our primary filter. As such it gets real expensive buying filters locally. This seem to work fine and I cannot beat the price.

Right size, much less $ than OEM filters

These filters are the same size and filtration rating (5 microns) as those bought direct from the Rainsoft supplier but at less than a quarter of the cost. I haven't put them in the system yet since I just installed the last of the expensive ones. I can update the review after I actually use one.

  • Regular cleaning and maintenance may be required to ensure the filter's effectiveness, which can be a hassle for some users
