Disappointing Upgrade for Automotive Enthusiasts

As a result of my tests, I determined that this performance intake system failed to deliver significant or noticeable enhancements in acceleration, power or fuel efficiency. My biggest disappointment, however, was its loud and obnoxious sound that detracted from the overall experience of my drive.

No mayor upgrades.

I bought this product because I was afraid my car would stall like it used to when I installed an AEM air intake a few years ago. While everything is fine, there are no sharing issues. The simple installation only took about 45 minutes. I would say it works the same as the original except for a little more engine noise.

Works well and was easy to install (non-car enthusiasts)

Works well and was easy to install (non-car enthusiasts). It took about 45 minutes in total. The only difficulty was the breather hose (a small tube from the intake manifold to the engine) but that was a design flaw of the car rather than a product flaw, just a tight fit. Overall good sound and performance. Not sure about the best gas mileage yet.
