🚰 Avalon A12BLK: Stylish and Convenient Bottleless Water Cooler in Black Stainless Steel Review

I recently moved into a new house. The water smelled musty so I thought this cooler would be a good investment. It worked great! The hot water is hot enough for instant tea, cool and cold water taste great. I was able to thread the hose through the hole in the soap dispenser in the countertop. I can still use the dispenser; The flange is slightly sloped, but that's not a problem. The device is larger than I expected; It doesn't slip under cabinets, it sits next to the sink.

As for the Avalon A12, I'm very satisfied. It dispenses delicious filtered cold water and very hot water for making hot chocolate or tea. A few days after installation, I noticed a small amount of water leaking from the filter on the back of the unit. I called customer service and Rachel B. was the representative I spoke to. They diagnosed the problem as a filter cap assembly and shipped it the same day. Installed and problem solved. Very satisfied with product and customer service

Manual is insufficient, it was useless to call the toll-free number for help. Thankfully we reconsidered and because we didn't want to readily return the item we won the battle. You are wondering what I am talking about, we already had a direct water supply line so part of the installation was easy but when we turned on the water in the lines it ran into the filters because the plastic hoses were too gentle, like we just squeezed all the lines tighter, there are no leaks. The product is really good to get rid of addiction to wasteful bottles. My fridge has no water and fits perfectly under my sink and doesn't get in the way.
