I didn't knock off too many stars, but I definitely did not fit in this bad boy. I am a large and this puppy is a medium (just verified)! The first time I tried it I at least got it attached with the velcro and then could tighten it a little bit with the attachments, but that was literally a stretch. I didn't try very hard the second time. Overall, it's a nice enough back brace and seems like a common style, but it did not fit me. Priced reasonably for the competition.

Great back brace, really brings attention to your posture as well. I like how you can fit it snug with the main Velcro and then tighten it further with the addition Velcro‘s. It seems to be helping me who suffers from lower back pain. I do have something that pokes me in my back a little bit, but I am a small person so I don’t think anyone of an average size would deal with the same.

So I've been using this for a while now and in my experience it's a good back support brace but there's some cons to it. Firstly sometimes it's uncomfortable when you're sitting and 2 of the "Memory Solid Stripes" have broken on me with just leaning back a bit. It does give some support when you need it but for $28.59 I expected a bit more for this price point.

It is a very nice and supportive lumber belt which provide huge support for the lower back. I have lower back issue. So, I use this belt while need some extra support for my lumber area.

This was a really nice back brace. Easily adjustable with the side tighteners. The metal support in the back really helped, and the fact that they were spread out helped with the flexibility. It has the no snag/fuzz type velcro straps for the belt so you know you'll be able to use it for quite awhile. It's nicely vented to provide good breathability and prevent sweating up.
