Unusable to use, bad product.

In general, the further the more there was a desire to get rid of this rubber. I bought a car with it - the spikes were almost all in place, the tread was also in order. I traveled through autumn, winter - in winter I constantly got stuck in deep snow, it was pushed out very reluctantly; (it's called winter tires with spikes!) I drove through the spring and by the summer there were really no spikes left . I was disappointed as a result, it was not possible to buy a summer kit, the summer went

Pros
  • On asphalt tenacious In the rain too Snow with rain packed snow
Cons
  • loose snow Ice The spikes fly very well! Sidewall like a pregnant cow

Yesterday I bought r15 for focus 2. The first thing I immediately felt when I took it from the store was the weight, the tires are very heavy. I brought it to a familiar tire fitter, on balancing two tires showed a disgusting result, two were satisfactory. There is a strong rumble on the asphalt (let's write it off as spikes). Normal comes into turns, rolls are acceptable, but the previous Velcro had lower ones. Otherwise, you drive, steer, slow down on dry pavement at 4+ out of 5. Let's hope…

Pros
  • Good grip on ice during acceleration and braking. Excellent snow traction. Good braking on asphalt. Handles well on ice and snow.
Cons
  • Noise on asphalt. Understeer on asphalt.

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

Excellent tires, he chose according to reviews from the market. And not nearly lost. The rubber met all expectations. At the beginning there was noise, but after 400 km it passed and it became much quieter. In terms of cross-country ability, not everyone crawled behind me on 4WD, hands and good tires, here you have an alloy of cross-country ability. I'm happy with the tires, you won't go wrong. After the winter, all the spikes are in place.

Pros
  • Good, reliable tires for snowy winters, especially where they do not clean.
Cons
  • Have not found.

An unattractive product, an unprofitable purchase.

Spike the end! before that I went to Nokian Hakkapelite 5 and for 2 years of use I lost several spikes and there was one puncture. Here is something different. In two seasons, I lost 40-50% of the spikes, but this is not the main thing. With the remaining spikes, not everything is clean, more than half of them simply failed. First time I see this. I’m going with a girl and she says that I can’t hear the spikes at all. Before that, I didn’t pay attention, but now I looked and saw that the spikes

Pros
  • there are fewer and fewer of them, but they are raking in
Cons
  • Very noisy, spikes fly out quickly and not only

Overall good, but expected more.

A \ m Opel Corsa D, dv. 1200 see MCP. Riding 60% pure asphalt, 30% uncleaned asphalt (snow + ice) + 10% snow of varying degrees of rolling. According to the test results of the magazine "Behind the wheel", the tire took 3rd place. Considering that the leader of that test Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 in a similar size at that time cost from 7800 \ pcs., His purchase in August in an online store in Hong Kong for 4500 \ pcs. I think it's more than successful. The tread pattern and the location of the…

Pros
  • It rows well on any snow, snow-water porridge. Good braking properties on icy surfaces (probably due to the rectangular shape of the stud and its wide side perpendicular to the direction of travel).
Cons
  • A clear tendency to drift when entering a turn, especially on bare pavement. Insufficient fixation of the spike. Drove for 3 months of the first season approx. 8000 km and lost 12-15 spikes on the front wheels, although, to be honest, it could not do without sharp braking and slipping (several times).

I was looking for winter tires for a heavy, powerful rear-wheel drive Crown. Before that, I went to Conti WinterViking2 in winter, having read reviews and tests. I got stuck several times, sometimes stopped at the last moment until my heart skipped a beat (although I don’t drive, but I’m not a “vegetable” either). Getting out of the rut is a problem; during acceleration, the wheel polished the road surface, regardless of its condition. The skid sometimes dragged on threateningly too. T. K…

Pros
  • Snow flotation, stable controlled grip on packed snow, ice, rolling, asphalt. It's pretty easy to get out of the groove. Braking is firm and cornering controllable. It is stable on the track, although it scours a little when rutting (a feature of the tread pattern).
Cons
  • Noisy (although far from 7 Hakki)).

The tire was interested in the tread pattern, read the reviews, bought it, balanced well, I was surprised that in the cold -20, -25 it is very soft. it rides like a tractor in deep snow (on really deep and heavy wet snow, like on uncleaned roadsides) this is their element, checkers are cleaned very well, you just need to rip the wheels into axle boxes, it’s just super on ice, the spikes are so big that they tear the ice under the wheels apart. it rides normally on asphalt, but when starting…

Pros
  • very soft, large high spikes, new model, relatively inexpensive, high cross-country ability on snow and bare ice.
Cons
  • noisy

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Prior to that, went to the Breeches. Continental and Gislavd (2 sets) But the last Gislavd 100 was very disappointing at high speeds, there is a feeling of uncertainty that the car is blowing away and it seems that one wrong steering movement and you will fly away. I read reviews on different tires, looked at the tests and opted for Goodyear, and did not regret it. I traveled 150 km and set off on a long journey from Hong Kong to Hong Kong. There - snow, slush, porridge on the road - overtaking

Pros
  • Handling, ride, feeling of confidence on the road, Made in Poland
Cons
  • Really doesn't buzz much

Now I would take another, the same rowing, but with a harder line. Pros: 205/55R16. It all depends on whether the standard dimension is for your car or not. This is my standard. Rows with terrible force. On any snow and porridge, good on ice. Soft, on small irregularities generally creep. Some cons: Soft cord, the third season I go and every season a sidewall puncture. I follow the pressure, the disks are new. Also, the soft cord is felt when I turn in corners. The car crashes. Tires sing at…

Satisfactory product quality, good price.

The first winter tires on the first car, so there is nothing to compare with. Noise - yes, there is, but moderate and not to say that it is very annoying. There were no problems during the winter: on asphalt 100-120 without taxiing, on rolled snow I drove a maximum of 70 - the car keeps the trajectory. I did not get on the ice, only in the yards. In general, I would recommend it for everyone who does not drive in winter, but just drives.

Pros
  • price/quality, soft
Cons
  • noise, subjective

Made in Poland. Evil drawing. Of course, the drainage is a little worse than that of the "Christmas tree", but it rows perfectly. Skated 5 months. The 1st calmly ran around so that the spikes fell into place, then for 3 months I drove only on asphalt (there was no snow), and only used them for their intended purpose for a month. In general, after the first season, all the spikes are in place. In terms of noise, I rate it at 4+, I have a car with a weak noise, after 80 km / h the spikes make…

Pros
  • Soft tenacious moderately quiet
Cons
  • No

It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

There were no other tires, nothing to compare. Tires were new when purchased, made in Poland. The tires are excellent, if not for one BUT, which outweighs all the pros: the first season (for the new year, i. E. the tires were run in) on a well-packed snow track at a speed of approx. 80 km. H the car skidded sharply with a U-turn, I simply did not have time to react. Well, there was no oncoming traffic and there were snow curbs on the sides of the track. The 2nd incident occurred on the 4th…

Pros
  • They paddle well in the snow. Strong tires, departed 5 seasons. The studding is good, for the 1st season only 1 stud on 4 wheels fell out, for the 2nd season - 5 studs were missing, for the 3rd season - somewhere around 15-20, by the end of the 5th season there were about 25 -30% of spikes (the first 2 seasons I drove 3-6 thousand km per season, then - 12-15 thousand km per season). Ride: 10% city / 90% highway. Driving style is neat, without sudden starts and braking, the average speed on the highway is 90-110 km/h. Holds asphalt and snow well. For 5 seasons, not a single tire has fallen apart, not torn, not a hernia, not a bump. Only 1 puncture.
Cons
  • A bit noisy. The main disadvantage is that on an icy road they can break into an uncontrolled skid (see comments). In the 4th year, 2 wheels began to wear out like a herringbone, and 1 of them is stronger than the other, because of this, the 5th season drove with very strong periodic noise.

Nice price, good quality.

I have been a tire fitter for many years. From experience, I can say that this is not the best option. Many spikes are useful on clear ice. Where did you see ice in the city and the countryside? On the river, on the skating rink . In the city, mostly snow, mud, reagents, asphalt. There is mostly snow in the village. In some European countries, the sale of this rubber was banned precisely because of the spikes (safety?!). Silicone compound in rubber - silicone is a very slippery material…

Pros
  • New model.
Cons
  • A large studded area - noise and slip on wet and dry pavement is guaranteed. Metal on asphalt does not slow down.

Excellent product, the best quality.

Took on Kia Rio, automatic. Good grip. For the season did not lose a single spike. Mileage for the winter is about 5000 km (highway-city). Really noisy at first. But I was very surprised when I changed my shoes to summer ones - summer ones make more noise. At positive temperatures, it behaves worse, softness apparently affects, the car “crawls” a little along the highway. Perhaps this is the only negative. I recommend.

Pros
  • soft, quiet, strong spikes
Cons
  • indistinct control at positive temperatures

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, not disappointed.

Some pros: driving on ice and snow at altitude! the contact patch of the spike is very large, on these tires in the snow it almost sat on the belly, but still they pulled out Has some cons: noise, but it's spikes! and there are a lot of them. there is slight drift in corners

I bought it on the advice of sellers (trust sellers, but always check reviews !) for a Toyota Camry v40 2.4l engine, automatic transmission. Before that, there was a Hakka Velcro RSi. The first sensations - until the rubber rolled on (it's somewhere around 3k-4k km) discomfort from the noise - despite the fact that the Camry is noisy - the sensations appear already at 70 km per hour, as if helicopter blades are attached to the roof, it lays ears. Most of the noise went away gradually to 3-4…

Pros
  • Fairly durable rubber. Coupling properties are good both on a snowy road and on an icy one. Rubber remains soft even after three years.
Cons
  • noisy. At certain speeds in corners, the rubber can not cope.

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unusable to use, bad product.

In general, I really liked the rubber in its behavior on various surfaces, it gives a good feeling of confidence on the road. Even on bare asphalt, cornering at a decent speed is easy. But the hernia was very upset, I did not expect such a dirty trick. Haven't noticed any dropouts yet. : I cannot recommend this rubber to anyone else. for 2 seasons, hernias on 3 wheels came out (without falling into pits and hitting obstacles), rubber is not suitable for our roads. I think money wasted.

Pros
  • 1) It goes well on wet snow slush, under which there is ice; 2) Performed well on ice and packed snow; 3) On the pavement is also very good.
Cons
  • 1) On the new tires 225/50 R17, bought in the fall following the results of this winter, a hernia was found on the right front wheel. : 2) Very soft sidewall, due to hernias, 3 wheels had to be thrown out in 2 seasons.

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.

Dimension 225/55/17, drove one winter without extreme sports - half of the spikes are missing. I wrote a complaint to Goodyear - they refused to replace it, citing the fact that it seems to them that the rubber was used mainly on asphalt. Well, yes, the way it is and I did not hide it - there are such winters in Hong Kong time, and I need spikes for periodic trips outside the Hong Kong Ring Road. Prior to that, I used tires from another company on a fairly powerful rear-wheel drive car, with…

Pros
  • Pretty soft, good tread for snow porridge.
Cons
  • In one season (7700 km), more than half of the studs on the drive axle were lost.
