There were problems with the installation. I plugged in the card and attached a separate two-port USB backplate to the card, then turned on the power. Drivers were installed from Win 10, but the device does not recognize the connected devices. I double checked the power supply (Corsair rm750i supplied), seats etc. The controllers are recognized in the device manager of the control panel. I would give the board five stars if Inateck had better documentation/software support. The hardware itself seems good. The problem with the product on my computer was that Win 8.1 recognized it as (Logitech Unifying USB Receiver). Because of this misidentification, Windows ignored new USB card drivers. After installing this card in my well-maintained computer, the USB stick triggers a PC wake-up or reboot event after trying to shut down the computer in the operating system using software shutdown. This card exceeds USB 2.0 transfer speed. I've used it with Windows and some Linux operating systems. If you have an old tower PC without USB 3.0 ports that regularly backs up a few gigabytes, this card is a great upgrade. I successfully backed up about 230GB in about 45 minutes to a Seagate 1TB USB 3.0 FreeAgent GoFlex external drive that I bought a few years ago and am still happy with. I like the 5-port option (Inatech has a 2-port card, some with external power supply, others don't need it)

Overall a good product but with two (2) major flaws. Here they are: 1) The included cables to power the card are ridiculously short. Just go to a review from a "paid" reviewer who got the product for practically nothing (Josh H.), watch his video and see when he plugs the power cord into the card, it's taut and hardly fits.
