You get a good product and a good amount of spare ones in case you lose one. But this was meant solely for people with bunions. I used it before surgery and it was fine. Most toe separators are not large enough to provide comfort, stability, and correction the way these do. I wear them at home as much as possible, and I wear them for exercise: walking and Pilates. They feel best when I place the sleeve on my second toe, FYI. Not the big toe. The only downside is that they are a bit oversized for the street shoes I tend to wear, so for that I have another separator my podiatrist provided.

I have been sleeping with these for 4+ weeks and am pleased with the straightening of my big toes and increase of space between my toes. I’ve used this and another brand of same construction. I favor these because the gel is slightly thicker and they seem to hold up better. As far as the most frequent criticism, the tight fit, that is easily remedied by simply pulling on them to stretch them before wearing the first time. I thought this would be good because the spacer is held in place. The part that fits over the toe is silicone material and after awhile it bothered me. I can wear them but not too long.

Attempted to put on my big toe. No way I could wear that for long. Fits snugly on my second toe and does the job. Unfortunately, the pad is separating from the fabric. At this rate a pack of six won’t last a month. Nice idea. Poor implementation.

I've used many products for this foot problem and I would have to say that this is the best I've ever used, The only problem I had with it is the silicone on the inside of the area where your toe goes to hold the item in place is after about a week I got a rash around my toe from the silicone, But other than that, ITS A GREAT PRODUCT.
