6.5 Amp powerful light weight jig saw

Wow first impression was very light weight compared to be very powerful with 6.5 amp!Used this tool to create so many decorative wooden stuff and actually worked really well and easy. I highly recommend this item for home use even for light business use is good.I don’t have any idea why some reviews are negative about this product. The price compare to what you get is excellent .I personally haven’t found any other better jig saw with 6.5 amp better than this and cheaper. Highly recommended

FYI — No blades best in my review

This drill seems decent, however, • be warned • IT DOES NOT COME WITH BLADES — nor does it say anywhere what type of blades will fit. I had some at home that did not fit. I have purchased this same brand blades now, so we shall see.

It’s definitely cheap cheap product would spend the fifteen dollars more for a named brand

I knew for the price I wasn’t receiving the best of skill saws but even for that would be nice if the blade worked and the system of how to place and replace the blades was actually good. It’s all around crap the screws to screw for the blade needed a tool the tool was missing I had the screws stripped a bit and then the blade that comes with it didn’t fit at all. It was the wrong blade and when I tried to run it it was weak and barely cut the one inch thick wood I was cutting before the blade…

G a r b a g e on my review.

Bought a few months ago. Now that i was going to use found it has no blades. Try to use a blade for another saw and did not work.

Pros
  • This saw was quick to get delivered and it did what I needed it to do
Cons
  • Despite its powerful motor, the jigsaw blade may not be strong enough to easily cut through thicker materials, making it less suitable for heavy-duty jobs compared to other products on the market

I can't figure out how to get a saw blade to STAY in the spindle

This jig saw seems like a nice tool, but I have NO idea how to get a saw blade to STAY in the spindle. The instructions for blade installation refer to a hex socket head screw, being loosened, and then tightened after a blade is installed.The spindle has a twist collar that would seem to be an un-locking and locking collar, and the ONLY hex head allen screws I can see are the 2 that control positioning of the tilt plate. Thus, the instructions about "loosening the hex socket head bolts", and…

It's a jigsaw, the speed control only works on high on mine, kinda sucks. Only needed it for one project and I'm not gonna bother returning it

After the second use it wouldn't hold a blade and is completely useless. I should have spent 20 more and got a quality tool.

WASTE OF MONEY JIGSAW

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. couldn’t even get the blade in because the it was either too big or the bolts that hold the clamp were too short or something.

Item does the job for my opinion

saw arrived as scheduled in very good condition. It does the job of cutting some lattice work for the deck very well with no problems. I thought it was a very good bargain for the money.

  • Works great Just like the ones that cost a lot of money so spend less and get the same thing

  • The top handle design of the Powerful Toolman Electric Jig Saw can be uncomfortable for certain users and may cause fatigue if used for extended periods
