🌳 White Birch Trees Peel and Stick Wallpaper by RoomMates RMK9047WP Review

My room has had a complete makeover! The paper is fairly easy to apply and peels off immediately when you want to make repairs. The color underneath doesn't show through at all. For reference, I got a total of 6 rolls per wall.

The Dalai Lama himself would swear if he were commissioned with this wallpaper. It sticks to nothing but itself. The moment thin paper touches any other part of the roll, it's game over. A bond forms instantly that's stronger than your first romance in high school and will ruin the rest of your day. When I finally finished this project, I was left with a vein that couldn't be compared. It would be much better to have paper that doesn't need to be precisely aligned with adjacent strips.

This wallpaper is beautiful. Nice thick, great quality. I would give 5 stars if the drawing fits 100%. I bought 2 rolls to try in a half bath. I have slightly textured walls so I wasn't sure how this would work. I'm happy to say it rose very easily and was very sticky. I put the first panel upside down and then taped the paper to myself as I tried to fix it. so i spent about half a roll 😣. I had to rearrange several times and the paper stayed the same sticky. Perfectionism will be your enemy. There are bubbles but they are not visible in the photo and you have to look very carefully to find them along with the print. This isn't my choice for a long-term renovation in a stick-and-brick home, but it will serve well for a nursery or daycare that needs an update later. Easy to install as it can be moved. But like patterned wallpaper, it's difficult to align patterns unless you buy extra and don't deal with unused leftovers. I don't have any, so I lined up the seams as best I could and cut knots out of the rest to press for any obvious inconsistencies. I don't think most people would want that. I've worked with removable wallpaper/contact paper in the past, I have to say it's generally good for a smaller project than a bedroom wall. I'm comfortable with traditional wallpaper that has a glue/glue applied to it that allows the paper to slide a bit to move into a precise position.
