Good product! on tape

Good. So I used this to glue some solar lanterns to my stone wall and they are still intact. Despite the many rains we had here in winter, it held up perfectly! I will be using this for many projects where I don't want to put holes! Good product.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions

You can never go wrong with 3M products

I am very happy with this product. I didn't want to poke holes in my cast, but I didn't realize there was tape that would work on such an uneven surface. I should have known 3M covered that. I installed my wireless doorbell about 3 weeks ago and so far so good. I am glad to have found this product!

Very happy with this product

I installed the DVR in my car and attached it to the windshield with double-sided tape. I can't remember how many times my DVR has fallen off the line. This only happened as heat was building up in my car. I saw this product, bought it and used it to replace the tape on the dash cam. I am so happy that this product has met my expectations. My DVR wouldn't turn off even in hot weather. I am very satisfied with this product.

Great outdoor tapes

This tape is without a doubt the best accessory for outdoor use (better than tape). I'm not kidding (poor English), there is nothing and no weather this band can't handle. I glued the headlights to a heavy metal address tag that has held up in hail and direct wind for over 2 years. Tom Amazing Tape survived 2 weeks of frost and ice and 106 degree weather (in the shade). I have used this tape on solar panel caps that have come loose due to the heat and the pots in the garden. I recommend this…

Look no further! for adhesives, sealants and lubricants

I needed to put up Christmas lights in my garden and really couldn't drill into the concrete walls. I bought them and you know what, the lights stayed in place! In fact, the lights stayed there all year round. Haha! That's impressive because as I said, I didn't turn off my light, it stayed on despite the unbearable heat we had and even with a gale force wind. I use it almost everywhere. I have used them to put sneeze guards around my students' desks to build a greenhouse for my plants and I…

Let's not hang Ring cameras outside of your home!

I ordered what is on sale but what I received is as shown in the attached photo. I can only believe that everything is the same, only the packaging is different. I tried using this on the siding at my house (also pictured) to hang a Ring Stick Up Battery Camera. I read the reviews and description of this tape and wanted to try it. This was ONLY for almost 24 hours. I left the house and saw that my annular chamber had a crack on the floor. So this definitely doesn't hold up to 15 pounds, as the…

Works where glue won't

I needed to install very lightweight vinyl shutters on my brick home. Numerous screws that came with the shutters seemed too heavy, plus I would need a special tool to drill through the brick/motor. So I decided to try Gorilla Outdoor Glue and it didn't work. Then I tried that. I placed the pieces on the hinge and although there was only a small ledge to attach the shutter to the brick it was enough. I then added painters tape to hold it in place while it cures. You have to hold it for a while…

does what I wanted

I bought this specifically to install a 2 ring doorbell as I have a brick facade and no one helped me drill holes in the brick so I had to get another one Possibility to come up with to install it near the entrance door. By the way, I specifically wanted the one shown in the graphic (the one with the brick wall and it says External Weather Protection/Heavy Duty Mounting Tape), but what they sent me says Permanent Outdoor Mounting Tape with the picture Tree. Maybe it's the same and they just…
