I am very satisfied with this system

I am very satisfied with this system. The wireless security system is easy to set up and install the camera without video cables. The cameras are automatically synchronized with the recording device when switched on. The cameras aren't bad, they deliver high quality videos and clear images. And the night vision is good too. The app on my phone works very well! It will be notified when the cameras detect motion. More importantly, the price is very reasonable. Just one problem, you just have to…

Smonet's customer service is impressive

I was able to email good instructions on setting up remote real-time monitoring of operations. Step by step registration etc. I was very impressed that my questions were answered in such a timely manner. Everything works as I expected. I haven't bought higher quality cameras, but the picture quality is more than adequate. I will be adding more cameras and have decided to continue working with Smonet products. A warning though. If you don't want to buy a separate hard drive to install yourself…

I haven't had a good experience, maybe you will?

I couldn't get any of them to work well enough. It kept failing to recognize my hard drive, after which I couldn't get any of the signals to work properly. Their tech support is useless, only breaking English emails back and forth for the fourth time. They answer you in the middle of the night. When you call, nobody answers. I know most of them are made by me. Same plant and maybe I got a lemon but it was annoying to get it to work. Tech support made me buy additional parts and it wasn't clear…

Installation I bought a 6 camera unit and installed it in my house to augment existing spotlights with weatherproof housings from my home storage. After applying the power supply, the device is connected to the recorder and is ready for use. The farthest camera is approximately 55 feet from the base unit.
