Steel nozzle that works on Artillery X1

This steel nozzle is exactly what I was looking for. manufacturing quality. The inspection showed no burrs, the nozzle opening corresponds to the declared 0.4 mm. Printing with PTEG was flawless. I look forward to printing with carbon fiber filament.

Some have complained that the tip on this one is different/longer than the regular nozzle and I have to say "so what?” Nothing wrong with that, level Your bed just right as it should, every time you change the jet and you'll find the jet works great, in fact I like it almost better than the plated stainless steel I use. This nozzle prints like a dream with all types of materials, but I mainly use it on wood and carbon fiber materials and it works great for that. So don't let the other reviews…

Custom Nozzle Size & Geometry

I have not yet installed this hardened steel nozzle but have found that its cone is significantly longer than any other Volcano nozzle I have owned. The thread length matches the flat of the union nut, but the cone angle is steeper, resulting in extra length - measured by eye it's about 2-3mm longer than the cone of a traditional Volcano nozzle. As the rest of the hot end remains unchanged, this means that the nozzle tip is 2-3mm closer to the build plate and the build plate must always be…
