It was very easy to install and works perfectly. Much cheaper than going to a dealership - Honda charges around $350 for it. Check Youtube for installation help. It's pretty much plug and play though. The hardest part was getting that smelly side panel off the back.

Whilst most wires work the ground connection is poor but unfortunately this renders the daytime running lights unusable meaning no trailer is running at night and also prevents the electricity in the trailer from working. Easy to install on our 2012 Honda Pilot (using the factory tow kit, oddly no wiring) and does the job. The instructions are a little sparse so I would suggest you search some online videos and forums (Etailer, Piloteers, etc.) for great installation tips instead of just following the instructions. This is especially important when removing the wiring harness cap located under the rear bumper (remove the wiring harness member from the frame to properly remove the cap).
