WallEth wallet was developed by Eth core developer LIGI. It is very simple to use and even easier to install. Though it support all erc20 tokens but user will have to add some tokens manually before it can recognized it.
Though has security because the user keep the private key, but one have to weigh it well before using it, for example it uses third party API's to display the fiat value of one portfolio meaning that it is somehow centralized. It do not have ENS support and no support for erc721 token but plan is ongoing for this. It use to relay to the network through an RPC provider and this makes it vulnerable.
In conclusion if you are looking for a simple wallet to host your Erc20 tokens it is good, but when it come to total decentralization it is not OK.
