Different brands with the same ankle/calf measurements and mmHg ratings won't necessarily have the same amount of compression (even different models within the same brand) - you will still need to try out different stockings to determine what level of compression you need. I originally ordered size II based on my measurements (8.25"/13.5") - it was tighter than other brands of 15-20mmHg I had tried. But size III was perfect. When I tried this product i was pleasantly surprised by its vibrant colors and smooth consistency. just put the case on today. didn't read the instructions well enough and removed the finger print stick-um by mistake. my error. the biggest problem I had with the product is the instructions. the print was so small that I had to scan them and then put them in a Word document so I could enlarge them. This is a nice little wallet that will fit into my jeans pocket. I like the way it zips closed so nicely. My only complaint would be that the outside "window" that holds my drivers licence is a tad too short so I can't show my complete CA license. I resolved the problem of not being able to see my license number by inserting the license upside down.
