The rug is extremely soft to the touch BUT extremely thin. It looks very fluffy and plush in the photos, however once placed on a hardwood floor, you feel the hardness right through. It has vibrant color, BUT white shows through the dark green if the fibers are brushed in certain directions. The size is accurate and it does have a good non-slip back.
