These are so nice and wash up beautifully. My cats love to lie on them. It was from Walmart Warehouse listed as being in "acceptable" condition but it looked to be in "like new" condition to me. Both tools were difficult to open and close one handed. The shears came without factory packaging, rusted, bent tipped, scratched, and overall looked very well used. The concave cutters had a large chip out of the blade, and I'm afraid they'll break if I use them on anything thicker than a twig. This product is very overpriced for the product that you get. It was difficult to put together, several pieces did not fit properly after many attempts to take this apart and try over and over. The sharp edges stick way over the top bar creating a hazard and the unit once put together with extra parts I had to purchase from a local hardware store it still is not sturdy.
