These braids look and feel nice, however, they're so heavy the bands slip right off of my natural hair no matter how tight I get them deeming them unusable for me. The hair is attached to an average and fairly thick ponytail band that is not grippy at all - perhaps some grip would help them to stay put. These ponytails can be braided and are extremely long. I twisted them and put them up over my head and I really fancy hairdo. That's about the only way that I can use them where I don't feel ridiculous. They're just too long. I can always cut them but I really like the look when they're over my head.
