Well I can’t say much about the durability since my 8 mo old pup tore up the rim and pulled out the cording that gave the rim structure within the first hour. That said, she absolutely loves it. I think this product is discounted because it's been in the shelf awhile. The battery does not last that long. I've been having connectivity issues using the USB c port on my galaxy s10, and this battery solved that as it provided a separate port that charges the phone as it charges the battery.
