I am thoroughly impressed at just how much I am getting for the price. The misconception is that this product is supposed to last all day and fully charge your phone. Thats not what this particular gadget does. The point of this device is to be like a small extention to the phones batter to give you the extra juice you need to male it through the day and this it does well. On top of that the fact that the speakers on the bottom front fire now is a bonus. So far I am loving this product.

the battery stooped working after a bit. charging port still works and will only charge my phone when it is plugged in. Thanks for attention!

This will be the 3rd mophie pack I've purchased. They always have good quality and this slim design makes sure it can easily fit in a pocket. It does not come with a screen protector, so strongly suggest you purchase one with this. Also, charge the mophie without the phone for the first charge.

Does not fully charge your phone and my friends have had the same problem with thus case so this seems consistent. Will only charge about 50% or less if your phones dead or about to die. I've used these cases before with older galaxy phones and loved them never had an issue until I got the S10 version. Very disappointed with this one.

There are other reviews on this that say it doesn't really do much charging and I'm going to have to agree. I bought it because the top detaches and I can get my phone to slide into it. My phone's battery has not been holding up to my 12-hour work shifts lately so I need a little boost in the middle of my work day. This juice pack gives me a little bit of that but it doesn't provide a full charge. I'd say it gives my phone about a 50% boost. And only once before I have to recharge the juice…

This case was supposed to be for my Samsung S10e. It's a little bigger than my phone. No front protection cover. I charged it as per the manual until fully charged but it didn't hold the charge. Woke up to 1 light charge indicator, and my phone was at 50% after being at a full charge when I went to bed. Now I have to find a new case that actually fits my phone & works properly.

I've always had Mophie cases and this one does'nt seem to hold its charge. Also the top connector piece has never snapped into place. It's so loose that when I take it out of my pocket the top part consistently stays in my pocket. They should really warranty my case because I believe its just a defective case.

I think this product is discounted because it's been in the shelf awhile. The battery does not last that long. I've been having connectivity issues using the USB c port on my galaxy s10, and this battery solved that as it provided a separate port that charges the phone as it charges the battery. The case is always connected to my with a built in USB c port. It also does wireless charging, but this is a lot slower than if I just plug it in.

I waited a couple of days before reviewing bc the reviews I saw were all over the place. I must say I'm very pleased with the case/ battery pack. I'm on my phone pretty steady throughout the day. It's 4pm now. my day starts at 5am. My phone is just now at 70%.

initially the price point seemed to good to be true. I purchased this with the hopes that i could get at least two full charges from it. I let the battery on my phone get down to 15% and plugged in the case. it maybe got the charge up to 70% before it died. I did this more than once to give the case the benefit of the doubt. But, to no avail it happens several times. The phone case will be returned. Stay away!

Had the product for 4 months now and the more time goes on I dislike it more. The size and thickness is the best part about it. but it has to he charging to turn on which is useless if you are already on the road, now it even turns off while Iam using it, a waste of money

The case didn't even give a full charge. The second time it only charged for 15 minutes, got hot, and died. Not sure if it's defective, but I'll definitely be returning.

doesn't help protect phone or extend battery life. This case is basically purely cosmetic; a plan plastic shell with a little light on the back, which on a rare occasion will light up while on the charger.
