I spend a lot of time sitting on my office chair. Because of this, I felt aching pain in the middle of my back when getting up from a sitting position. I chose this memory foam pillow to solve this problem. I can say that this is a well made product. haircut available. The material used is of excellent quality. Even the straps that keep the pillow securely in place the way you want it are of good design. The only complaint I have is that the top half of the pillow that supports my middle back isn't wide enough. The pillow supports my lower back perfectly. The middle part of my back where the edge of the pillow fits is not that hot. You have to constantly adjust it so that the rim doesn't press against the skin and cause irritation. So if you have a small frame or back this pillow is just perfect. For those of us who are a bit taller and have broader backs, it does have a slight downside. Overall I love this memory foam pillow. This solved my problem. I've noticed a significant reduction in intermittent pain that occurs in the middle of the back and moves up into the shoulder area when I get out of the chair since using it.
