Review on Hypoallergenic, Dermatologist Recommended Mederma AG Hydrating Facial Cleanser - Exfoliate, Cleanse, and Hydrate Skin with Glycolic Acid by Angela Jackson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good, but changing despite what they say (I think)

I was tempted to give three stars as I don't think the glycolic water is that strong since buying it back and the formula is different. They say there is no difference but I still have old Aqua Glycolic Acid bottles that have ingredient differences and I recently received a box of expired Aqua Glycolic Acid bottles and although they are expired I had that Feeling that the original was a stronger product. However, I have been struggling with acne for a long time. A few years ago I did a cycle of Accutane and fortunately tolerated it normally. It really helped, but after a few years I started getting breakouts and clogged pores again. I used this product years ago before Akutan, even with some improvements, but I was young and it was expensive and I didn't endorse it. When I started getting breakouts again after Accutane, it dawned on me to try this cleanser. Together with the night cream it helps with my pimples. For me this is not the best solution. But it helps and if I stop, I'll eat more brown stuff. Off and more clogged pores. While it's not as good as it used to be, nor is it a perfect solution, it's something that improves my skin overall and helps reduce acne.

Pros
  • Mederma AG Facial Cleanser helps to moisturize and soften dry skin, leaving it fresh, clean and soft.
Cons
  • Long delivery
