Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy and durable towel rail.

This is a solid piece of hardware and I'm very happy with everything about it. Although the company took very accurate and well thought out measurements, the folks who built our home felt that "close enough" was good. There was very little difference between the width of the screw holes on the counter and the wall plugs that were *permanently* set into our bathroom wall. Because of this, I had to install the other six anchors flush with those in the wall. , which causes a serious problem when trying to insert tubular bars into the rail frame. Let me just say this though - they made such a good and strong product that I was able to easily thread the threaded nuts into the tubes and cut the ends off with a dremel tool which resulted in everything coming together. After all these modifications, the post is rock solid (I highly recommend hooking a bolt into it if you can, on at least one side, and if you have to do everything in drywall like I did, make sure your anchors are strong pieces.) and holds a few large, fluffy towels on a shelf, plus space to hang a few damp towels to dry (or one over both rails for faster air drying). I can't say enough positive things about this towel rail, it really exceeded my expectations, the workmanship is solid and really well made - it comes from the person who cut it through with a dremel tool - seriously it's well made . No chips, no chips. Really well done.
