Not too big, not too small! My friend has two of these bags! I was looking for a prettier one (shoulder bag but the strap is also adjustable to wear it over the shoulder from length to above waist). This is a large size with an external pocket on the side of the body to store keys, deep enough to prevent things from falling out. Internal zipped pocket and two organizational pockets for phone etc. I like the zipped option with flap, I was surprised that it extends the full length of the bag but after I started using it I decided what I got in the bag pleases. It doesn't weigh down the valve and holds up so much. The only thing I would like to change about the bag is that the opening in the main compartment is a bit smaller than I expected, but although it fits, my wallet fits. Do not bother me. The bag sits well on the body and the skin feels nice, I have the red/coral color and I love it! I will probably buy another one in a more neutral color. Great price for the quality of this bag!
