This is a good product. Your liquids will be stored in it for a long time because the pump only delivers a little. I have used the pump about 10 times for body wash and 5 times for shampoo/conditioner on my short hair. The benefit is that you don't waste them by accidentally squeezing the bottle hard. I had one for 5 years with no problems until someone squeezed it while pressing the buttons, probably too hard, and the unit popped out of the wall mount and hit the floor, cracking the case in multiple places. It won't fall, so don't let it fall. For 5 years it has never slipped off the bracket and the wall bracket has never come off the wall (I siliconize it according to the instructions). The liquid lasts for a month or two of use (I don't shower there every day). Thick body wash gels are not a problem, but you have to follow the instructions to fill the pumps, it's very simple.
