Plush, not as strong as I would like, but basically: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HEAT SPLASHES
I literally thought I was having hot flashes from waking up in heavy night sweats. Then I remembered the last time I slept on memory foam. Of course, the fiber of a pillow can be compared to memory foam. I tried four nights without a pillow. Four nights without night sweats after several weeks of constant events. So yes, it's fancy, nice if you like medium/soft, and very comfortable to snuggle up in (we'll miss falling asleep with it on), but not for hot sleepers due to the fiber content.
