Quickly cleanses the skin. It dries them out though, so if you already have scaly skin in the form of blemishes on your face/body, be sure to use some form of moisturizer and sunscreen with it. I'm also a person who can have skin sensitivity issues at times, but I haven't realized that this actually causes a rash/irritation. However, I warn you, DON'T GET THIS IN YOUR EYES! It burns very badly. I learned the hard way, by accident.
