Review on 🩰 Bloch Dance Girls Tyette Medium Girls' Shoes: Optimal Choice for Performance by Duane Mejia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best girls are undoubtedly patting their shoes.

Capezio fan but these tap shoes change my mood. They are vastly superior to the Capezio Tyettes in several ways. The faucet itself, which is made of heavier and more durable metal, produces a louder noise. And they sit flush with the outsole, with a thin layer of rubber for better traction. Finally, in addition to the drawstrings, they have a button closure so my 5 year old daughter can put them on herself. (She takes the tape to class but will use it in the concert.) Her first pair were Capezios, which I always use. And they were really good. But by the end of the year she had outgrown them and needed new shoes to perform, so I settled on the Bloch (which I always bought for my ballet and pointe shoes and now my dance shoes) as they were less expensive and the odds It's good that she only wears them for a few weeks and then won't fit in them next year. But now I'll buy a new pair of Bloch if she needs the next size up. go with 11 to give room to grow. In my experience, Bloch runs about a full size compared to street shoes. She wears size 10 street shoes and size 11 is a bit big but not big enough for dancing. I'll probably slip no-show socks under her tights to fill the space for the concert. 10.5 would also fit, but there's a little more room for growth so hopefully we won't have to buy a new pair before next year's show.

Pros
  • The two sides of the upper are held together with an elastic band with a clasp and a tie that goes through the holes and ties in a loop to hide the elastic
Cons
  • Not as thick as the other options
