My weight is 6.3 200lbs - definitely take a size up. I'm XL and feel like I'm wearing a Harry Potter cloak. It's too big and stretchy. It smelled weird when you opened it too. IDK I don't usually write a bad review though. the pockets were even weird. They make you look like you have guts. I just feel like I wasted my money. idk, I hope I like it better in the morning.
