Everyone is different but it helps me to control every smell very well. My daughter has also used it, but says that if she works out during the day (sports), then it works so-so, but no worse than "normal" women's deodorants/antiperspirants. I like that it's not an antiperspirant and I appreciate that. Fast shipping by the seller.
