I've had it for about 3-4 months and there are almost no complaints. Works great and as intended/expected. My only problem is that sometimes it gets too hot. I only ever use level 1 unless I need a lot of relief then I use level 2 briefly and after a few minutes reduce it back to level 1. I have NEVER used setting 3 and probably never will since the other 2 settings are warm/hot enough for my use. Maybe I just want to mention that it has an auto shut off after 2 hours and I'm not sure if that can be changed/disabled. While it's a nice feature to keep me cool in the middle of the night or something, I sometimes use it extensively for hours at a time while working on homework or whatever, and I have to refresh it two or three times a day. Inconvenience. But other than that, it's a great feature.
