First shave right out of the box
The shaver is sharpened and ready to use. I wiped the oil off the blade and used it to shave when I got the razor. This is a very good razor, the scales are good and ready to shave. I have 5 razors (including TOMOMI which disappointed me) and this one comes first along with the other two. Yes, it's expensive, but it's very beautiful, well-balanced and well-made. If you're serious about your straight razor, you can't go wrong with this straight razor.
