So far so good!: Bedding accessories

They were so easy to use. SERIOUS. very easy. No need to sew, just iron. I bought 2 sets. Each set contains 8 BLUE buttons and 8 WHITE buttons. Directions suck. Use the blue thumbtacks for the "Quilt" side and the white thumbtacks for the "Sheet (Quilt)" side. Do not use the iron on the "fasteners". These are all directions! So if you just use the buttons in each corner - 4 white and 4 blue (4 pairs), that's enough to make 2 duvets per pack. I use them for 2 weighted comforters so I used 6 pairs per comforter so I bought 2 packs. Through trial and error we learned how to place the iron on these โ™ก shaped buttons as if they were square. ,(left side, right side, top, bottom), leaving the latch in the middle. We then used the tip of the iron to wrap the clasp tightly without actually "touching" the latch. Due to the back of the button, there will be a white area around the button, but that's okay. I can't say how long they will last yet as they are Christmas gifts and will not be used until then. Overall, I liked the simplicity of this article. I'm also curious to see how long these bars last. I originally wanted to add metal "D-rings" to the duvet and "lobster claws" connectors to the duvet. (I don't like dealing with "ties" when it comes to making duvets.) I prefer something with a faster connect/disconnect method for washing duvets.
