This is a great cushion cover. It measures approx 18" x 18" and took a 20" x 20" pillow to fill it properly. While it looks great, I would recommend purchasing two 20" x 20" filled pillows if you intend to actually use them as a pillow filling will flatten out very quickly and will not give the user a plump pillow that provides support and comfort stays plump. Some reviewers found the zippered opening to be too small, but if you fold the pillow(s) tightly like an accordion and then slide/slide them into the pillowcase, they fit snugly and then open up in the cover. Once the pillow filling(s) are in, simply reach in and pull and push the corners of the pillow filling(s) into the pillowcase. The fabric is a fairly tightly woven linen in white with a hint. Gray. (no cream). Decorated in bright and beautiful shades of blue, turquoise and aqua, the coral bush looks amazing on my sofa. It's just as beautiful up close as it is from afar. From the side of the room it looks like the coral bush is embroidered. Simply wonderful, for me a decorative pillow. If you really want to use it, I strongly recommend checking out whether it can be Scotch Guarded. I do not recommend washing this pillowcase.
