The heating pad arrived on time and was in brand new condition after opening the packaging. I purchased this item to help relieve back pain during pregnancy and am very happy with it so far. I think I've had it for about a week, maybe a week and a half. I LOVE the fact that it's so big because when I orient it vertically on my back it hits awkward spots in my upper back, between my shoulder blades and in my upper lower back (I'm about 5ft 3in tall). ). Also, I like when the heating pad is really warm and I usually use the high setting on previous heating pads I have, but I have found the medium setting extremely comfortable and to my liking. I would highly recommend this product and if anything should happen to this product over time, simply due to overuse, I will definitely purchase another.
