Product was not as advertised

The description says "has two eyelet holes that are approximately 1 inch apart throughout the belt." I ordered an XL belt. The size was correct, but there were only double bushings for the first 14 inches of the belt, the other two-thirds or so had no belt. According to Revane, this item is non-refundable.
