This is a terrible design and I will be back. For starters, where the assembly attaches to the pipe coming off your wall, there are static threads (see Photo 3) rather than compression fittings. This means that from the start you have no adjustment where your assembly tightens on the pipe, that's where your assembly stays, no adjustment with fittings. The manufacturer expects you to add or remove rubber washers in the fitting (2 are included) and you're lucky if everything is vertical. In general, there is a very narrow window. If you are incredibly unlucky and your strands match up and are as vertical as possible you will not be happy with the end result (see 1st photo) this is poor design, the settings in the shower head don't quite turn off so water always falls from the surfaces of the showers (see photo 2). The materials are very cheap, mostly plastic, the hose is good but hardly worth the price. As if all that weren't enough, where the shower tube sits is a hinge that leans forward under the tube's weight, directing the water against the wall, or worse, the wand could eventually fall out of its holster .
