Love the fact that this razor has multiple heads and multiple options. However, the instructions were quite incomplete and it took me a while to figure out how to use them. I would like access to a tutorial video or more information on how to use the different heads. The two mating body parts began to fall apart during use after a few uses. The instructions say not to charge it until the battery dies, but who wants to be in the middle of a shaving job for it to stop and then have to wait a few hours to use it? I'm still glad I have this shaver. It's better quality than most of the cheaper ones I've reviewed (and bought and returned) but I want potential buyers to be aware of a few downsides.
