We needed a dual overhead shower because one of us likes big fixed rain heads and the other needs a hand held shower. This caught my attention because of the pause function on the hand shower. One of my reservations is that the hand held shower head sits very high on its mount. If your shower faucet sits high to begin with, like ours, you will need to tiptoe to lower the hand control. Tiptoeing in the shower can be a problem. Luckily we have a small ADA shower arm that makes it easier for us to keep the shower head within reach. Another caveat is that the hose doesn't stretch very far compared to similar products we've used before. Luckily for us, it extends just as far as we need it to. Some have mentioned that you get less water pressure if you use both shower heads at the same time, and that's true. Inside the large shower head is a water regulator that can be removed if you need more water pressure. My warning, however, isn't about the water pressure, it's more about the hot water -- if you use both shower heads, you'll likely run out of water before you're done showering, unless you have hot water on-demand from an extra one Tank . We're used to using just one of the shower heads as needed, and that seems to work best for us.
